Propane connections – (350-400lbs propane tank not included). 240V cable and connections

-  This unit has 2 bedrooms / offices that have the space needed to increase efficiency with your crew.

-  This unit has A/C and propane heating which makes it easy for winterization.

-  Full kitchen with appliances including gas stove and fridge, as well as lots of cabinet space.

-  This unit has window shutters that make it easy to protect the windows during transport and protect them from the elements.

-  It has two washrooms, one of which has a shower.

-  Also included is a walk in closet that can be used for storage or simple other utilities

-  Washer and dryer are included.

-  Vaccu-flo central vacuum system is included

Renovations and Servicing

** Renovations are included in the price.

-          In the same corner as the bathtub, there is a section of the wall that will need to be repaired.

-          Based on the needs of the client, there may need to a be extra cabinetry that needs to go into the master bedroom / office.

-          Some wall electrical receptors will need to be edited to better suite the client.

-          There are some touch ups on the outside that will need to be done to better secure the protective metal sheathing to the unit.

-          This unit will need a new A/C unit.

-          This unit will be generally serviced (The roof checked, seals re-caulked)
