24" 1440 PSI Vertical Separator Package - 15893

This is a used 24" vertical separator package, designed for sweet service at a maximum design pressure of 1440 PSI. Ideal for industrial applications, the unit features an 8-foot length and is configured for three-phase operation. It comes equipped with an inlet and outlet of 3" 600 ANSI RF, ensuring efficient flow management. For measurement and control, it incorporates a 3" 600 ANSI Senior Meter Run and a Fisher D4 Back Pressure Control Valve (BPCV) for sales gas. Condensate and water levels are managed by Fisher L2 Level Controllers paired with appropriate NPT level control valves. The separator is also supplied with a 6" x 30" 150 PSI fuel gas scrubber, complete with a pressure safety valve and fuel gas regulator. The entire setup is mounted on a robust 8' W x 12' L structural steel skid, topped with a checker plate floor for stability and security. A building enclosure measuring 8' x 8' x 10' houses the equipment, providing protection against environmental factors.
