Stack Tip: 4-feet of 8-inch 304L SS pipe welded to the stack flue (riser); 

Stack Flue: Standard 8-inch, 10-inch & 16-inch A106B SMLS pipe and A234 WPB concentric reducers. Break flanges will be at approximately 41-feet using standard A105N 150# RFWN flanges, A193-B7M studs, A194- 2HM nuts and 1/8-inch 316L SS gasket;

Stack Inlet: Standard 8-inch A105N 150# RFWN flange on a 45-degree angle using a standard A106B pup welded onto the stack riser c/w an A36 CS internal seal plate welded flush with bottom of stack inlet. Nozzle loads have not been considered;

Wind Shroud: Tornado standard 304L SS pilot shroud and waste gas stripper;

Base Plate: 32-inch diameter 44/50W CS plate c/w 8 gussets and 8 anchor bolt holes (11⁄4-inch dia. A193-B7 studs and A194-2H nuts supplied by others);

Lifting Lug: 3/4-inch thick 44/50W CS lugs designed for a single section lift;

Paint: SSPC-SP6 commercial sandblast (1.5 mils blast profile), Tnemec F.C Typoxy Series 27 primer (2.0 to 4.0 mils DFT), and Tnemec Endura- Shield Series 1094 topcoat (black, 2.0 to 4.0 mils DFT).

Tornado Retractable Constant-Ignition Pilot (TSI #6):

Fuel consumption of 25 SCFH at 15 psig, body is 304L SS and 316L SS construction, CGA Type

I fuel hose, fuel hose stabilizers, regulator, strainer, isolation valve and ¼-inch NPT dry CS

gauge.

Note: Minimum fuel supply pressure is 60 psig, Maximum is 165 psig

Tornado Pilot Monitoring and Auto-Relight (TPMR) System:

Model: TPMR-120 VAC

Mounts directly on the Tornado Retractable Constant-Ignition Pilot c/w 120 VAC temperature

controller and timer delay to alarm mode, Type K thermocouple, NEMA 4X control enclosure c/w

ON/OFF switch, alarm terminal, mounting brackets, flexible SOOW cable from the ignition

transformer near the pilot to a Tornado supplied junction box at the base of the stack.
