This Dual Triplex Plunger Pump Package from Aplex features both an A85M and A-50 model housed in a substantial 14' wide by 28' long by 8' high self-framing building mounted on a heavy-duty skid. The setup includes a booster pump, filtration, and pulsation dampeners for enhanced stability and performance. The Aplex A85M triplex pump is equipped with a 1 7/8" plunger and powered by an 85 HP electric motor. It delivers an approximate throughput capacity of 64.5 GPM (equivalent to 2948 barrels per day) at 450 RPM. Complementing this, the A50 triplex pump features a 2" plunger and a 50 HP electric motor, with its throughput capacity and RPM details yet to be determined. Additionally, the package incorporates a Goulds 3998 pump model P101 with a 1" x 1.5" -6 configuration, powered by a 5 HP electric motor. This high-capacity system is ideal for operations requiring reliable and efficient fluid handling.
