Managing Partner
Tyler Hebblethwaite
Tyler started his career in the oil and gas industry in 2003 with EnviroVault. He gained extensive experience with tanks, tank related products and specialized in developing & successfully bringing to market innovative products for the upstream energy sector.
Tyler joined the RARE team in 2014 where he has been able to expand his knowledge of different products and new applications. He has learned that hard work, honesty, and integrity are the cornerstones of earning and maintaining respect in the industry. He is committed to looking after the needs of his customers and getting the job done correctly.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing ball, and coaching his kids sports teams.

Sales
Tom Kaluzny
Tom has spent his entire working career in sales, marketing, and sales management. He grew up in a small town until he was 20 years of age, at which point he decided to move to Calgary–where he immediately took to the city’s culture and business environment.
For the first half of his career, Tom worked in the Calgary printing industry before moving on to oil and gas sales. He quickly acclimatized to the industry’s culture and reputation for integrity and hard work. Tom’s experience ranges from providing oilfield services to drilling, completions and production operations, as well as providing manufactured modular workforce housing to the industry.
Tom is incredibly family-oriented, especially now with his grandkids. He has loved being able to coach kids for many years, as well as support the many causes the oil and gas industry has inspired him to. Such as the oil patch hockey tournament he orchestrated in order to raise funds for Cancer research.
